In addition to the above PPE for on farm treatment, workers involved in bagging, sewing, or stacking bags of treated seed or when transferring seed to a storage bin, must wear: a filtering face piece NIOSH approved respirator (TC-84A) with any N, R, or P filter. Workers, loaders, baggers, applicators and other handlers involved in commercial seed treatment facilities must wear: Long pants Long-sleeved shirt Socks and shoes Chemical resistant gloves made of: barrier laminate, butyl rubber ≥ 14 mils, nitrile rubber ≥ 14 mils, neoprene rubber ≥ 14 mils, pvc ≥ 14 mils, or viton ≥ 14 mils.
