General Information


STERICSDS isadryplant foodcontainingNitrogenandSulfur and is designed to correct Sulfur deficiencies and provide readily available sulfate. This formulation is especially formulated to promote sulfate uptake and metabolism. This product can help to quickly boost plant growth during critical or high growth periods and can help prevent damage due to weather.

STERIC S DS can be applied to most vegetable crops, row crops, deciduous fruit and nut trees, citrus, avocados, grapes, melons, ornamentals, turf, pasture, range grasses, and most other crops.

STERIC S DS is also formulated with concentrates of biostimulants, soil and petiole penetrants, complexing agents, microbial enhancing agents, antioxidants, coenzymes and a patented process for increasing the sulfate uptake in STERIC SDS.

Limitations, Restrictions, and Exceptions


Directions for use:

Soil applications of STERIC S DS can be incorporated in liquid fertilizer or applied separately. This product is most effective when applied through an irrigation system, banded or side dress.

Dissolve 1 to 5 pounds of STERIC S DS per one gallon of water. Add STERIC S DS to a partially filled tank and continue to fill the tank while maintaining constant agitation of the solution to insure uniform mixing.

STERIC S DS is compatible with acid based fertilizers and other plant nutrients. Check with Northwest Agricultural Products and always perform a jar test to determine compatibility.

DO NOT use STERIC S DS with ammonium thiosulfate (Thiosul) or potassium thiosulfate (KTS).

WARNING: When mixing STERICSDS with UAN32, use up to one gallon of water per one gallon of UAN 32 to insure complete and thorough mixing.

Once mixed apply the recommended rate if you do not have a soil or leaf analysis.

After initial application, monitor petiole sulfur levels and apply again if necessary.

If using center-pivot irrigation equipment, use only with electricoroil hydraulicdrivesystems thatprovidea uniform water distribution.

Washington State law requires that EPA-approved safety devices be in use when this product is used through any irrigation system.
