General Information


STERIC K DS is a water soluble plant food containing two primary plant nutrients and is designed to correct potassium deficiencies.This is designed for dissolving in water that allows the material to be injected into irrigation systems.

STERICKDS is also a lowsalt indexed productwhereby it can be used in planter band applications. This product will quickly boost plant growth during critical or high growth periods and can help prevent damage due to weather.

STERIC K DS can be applied to most vegetable crops, row crops, deciduous fruit and nut trees, citrus, avocados, grapes, melons, ornamentals, turf, pasture, range grasses, and most other crops.

STERICK DS is also formulatedwith concentrates of organic acids and polysaccharides.

Limitations, Restrictions, and Exceptions


Directions for Use:

Soil applications of STERICKDS can be incorporated in liquid fertilizer or applied separately. This product is most effective when applied through an irrigation system or banded.

Dissolve 1 to 1.3 pounds of STERIC K DS per one gallon of water. Add STERIC K DS to a partially filled tank and then continue to fill the tank with the remaining water while maintaining constant agitation of the solution to insure uniform mixing.

STERIC K DS is compatible with most acid based fertilizers and other plant nutrients. Check with Northwest Agricultural Products and always perform a jar test to determine compatability.

DO NOT use STERIC K DS with ammonium thiosulfate (Thiosul) or potassium thiosulfate (KTS).

WARNING:When mixing STERICKDS with UAN32, use up to one gallon of water per one gallon of UAN 32 to insure complete andthoroughmixing.

Once mixed, apply apply 2 to 50 gallons per acre of product alone or with compatible fertilizers.

After initial application, monitor petiole potassium levels and apply again if necessary.

If using center-pivot irrigation equipment, use only with electricoroil hydraulicdrivesystems that providea uniform water distribution.

Washington State law requires that EPA-approved safety devices be in use when this product is used through any irrigation system
