General Information

AG-PHITE, is a pure Potassium Phosphite fertilizer solution that is manufactured in a one step process by reacting Phosphorous Acid and Potassium Hydroxide in a patented high temperature, rapid cooling process, that preserves the maximum amount of Phosphorus in the desireable H3PO3 (Phosphorous Acid) form. This unique AG-PHITE manufacturing process neither contains nor requires any H3PO3 preserving or solubility additives that are necessary in competitive products. As a result, AG-PHITE more economically feeds and protects plants thru superior Phosphorous Acid nutrition. AG-PHITE is rapidly absorbed by plant blooms, leaves, and twigs, for maximum nutritional benefit in order to prevent and correct nutrient deficiencies and to promote disease resistance.

A minimum of 12.5 gallons of water is required for each quart of AG-PHITE to be applied. A final crop spray solution must not contain greater than a 2% concentration, by volume, of AG-PHITE. Do not apply close to emerging seeds, especially if soil pH is less than 6.0. Do not mix with fixed copper or copper based fungicides if spray solution is below pH 6.2.

AG-PHITE can be applied as a foliar crop spray or directly to the soil through fertigation, direct soil spray , and incorporated in horticultural, ornamental soil mixes. Application can be made by aircraft or by ground spraying equipment. AG-PHITE should be added last in the tank mix sequence. A small jar compatibility test is recommended when adding other chemicals to the tank mix. Caution, may be irritating to skin and eyes. Do not apply AG-PHITE with or on copper based fungicides, unless final spray solution is pH 6.5 or higher.

Limitations, Restrictions, and Exceptions

FRUIT CROPS—Including Citrus and Avocados, Strawberries, and all other deciduous and non-deciduous fruits, apply 1 – 2 quarts of AG-PHITE pre-bloom with additional applications every 30 days, or as required, and 3 – 4 weeks prior to harvest.
