Foliar fertilization is intended as a supplement to a regular fertilization program and will not, by itself, provide all the nutrients normally required by agricultural crops.
TraFix Zn XL is a micronutrient solution containing 7% zinc. It is designed to correct deficiencies of zinc. TraFix Zn XL can be applied in the soil or foliarly to vegetables, fruits, row crops, deciduous fruit and nut trees, and commercial turf and ornamentals.
APPLICATION AND MIXING GUIDE
THIS PRODUCT IS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH ORTHO-BASED PHOSPHATE FERTILIZERS. IT IS COMPATIBLE WITH POLYPHOSPHATE FERTILIZERS.
Rate of application is 3 to 6 pints per acre. The timing of applications are dependent on local conditions and should always be made as a result of soil and/or plant tissue analysis.
FOR USE IN WISCONSIN: TraFix Zn XL can also be applied to the following crops commonly grown in Wisconsin and requiring a medium to high level of zinc: Barley; Beans, lima, navy; Beets; Canola; Corn, field, sweet; Cucumber; Lettuce; Lupine, Onion; Potato; Radish; Sorghum, grain; Sorghum, sudan; Soybean; Spinach; Tomato.
Wisconsin Use Rates: Banded Application 3 to 6 pints per acre; Foliar Application 1 pint per acre.
TraFix Zn XL may be applied by ground or aerial application. Use enough water for thorough uniform coverage of foliage or soil. Thorough coverage is necessary for best results and the addition of a nonionic surfactant such as INDUCE is recommended.
