Cereal Herbicide Targets Kochia and Marestail

Corteva Agriscience is introducing Pixxaro EC herbicide in 2020 to help wheat growers gain control of troublesome weeds. It includes two active ingredients including Arylex and fluroxypyr.

It can be tank-mixed and provides rotation flexibility. Pixxaro EC control broadleaf weeds including wild buckwheat, redroot pigweed, henbit, chickweed and common lambsquarter, in addition to kochia and marestail.

The herbicide is more effective when weeds are small but actively growing, and when wheat is in the two-leaf growth stage up to flag leaf emergence. For more information visit pixxaroec.corteva.us.
